AWDS SmartBooster - Standalone Auxiliary Feed Support
The SmartBooster is a smart and effective tool to transport wires through long and curved maxiglide conduits with rolls.
The combination of SmartBooster and MasterLiner conduit is particularly recommended for those with gantries that have moving robots in which the wire container (even of bulky size) can conveniently be positioned on the floor outside the cell with obvious advantages in terms of safety, handling and improved productivity.
The SmartBooster has software that enables the user to adjust the system settings on the fly and collect data from the weld process involved.

Touch Screen Control
Control everything via a simple, easy-to-use touch screen interface. Set parameters, check wire feed status, set alarms, and record data all within the SmartBooster software.
USB & Ethernet Connectivity
Connect the SmartBooster via Ethernet or USB to take advantage of the communication and data recording capabilities.
Alarm & Function Light Tower
The light tower will show the status of the SmartBooster and the corresponding wire feed system. Notifications and lights are triggered by user-set alarm parameters.
