High-efficiency robotic MIG welding
The water-cooled fast neck change MIG welding gun ROBO WH / WH-PP enables the complete torch neck to be replaced either manually or automatically – thanks to the innovative interface technology on the changing body. This means torches of the same design can be replaced in seconds for maintenance purposes, or torches with special geometries for different welding positions can be changed as required.
Equally, the replacement of the contact tip and gas nozzle and the monitoring of the Tool Center Point takes place outside of the welding cell, thus increasing the availability of the system and reducing downtimes.

ROBO WH comes equipped with a quick neck change locking mechanism that features an integrated wire cutter for the fastest and most time-efficient torch neck change for any robotic welding torch in the industry. Replace your torch neck in seconds and get back to production.
Two Cable Assembly Options
BINZEL Water-cooled Robotic MIG Guns come in two cable options to meet your needs: a Power Water cable that runs coolant along with the cable interior for improved cooling and heat transmission, or a Hybrid assembly with a failsafe feature in the rare event of a leak.
Multiple Neck Options to Match the Job
ROBO WH torch necks range from 320 to 600 amp in several bends and lengths to meet your welding operation's unique needs. All ROBO WH robotic MIG guns use the high-quality, durable ABICOR BINZEL consumables, including nickel-plated nozzles and high-grade contact tips.
