Faults and their Correction

Consult the documentation of all components used.

Contact your retailer or ABICOR BINZEL in the event of questions or problems.

Extraction volume too low.

Filter saturated.

Dust collecting container leaking.

Check the dust collection bin and fit it properly. Emptying the dust collecting container

Extraction hose blocked.

Clean extraction hose.

Extraction hose faulty.

Tension lock not closed properly.

Properly close the tension lock.

The star screws are not mounted correctly.

Hand-tighten the star handles.

Extraction does not start.

Power supply not OK.

Check and replace as needed, or contact customer service Replacing the carbon brushes.

Electrical component faulty.

The carbon brushes are defective.

Current clamp is not mounted correctly.

Dust is escaping from the dust collecting container.

Dust collecting container leaking.

Check the dust collection container for secure and correct installation. Emptying the dust collecting container

Dust collecting container full.

Empty the dust collection bin. Emptying the dust collecting container

Tension lock not closed properly.

Properly close the tension lock.

The star screws are not mounted correctly.

Hand-tighten the star handles.

Filter cleaning is not working.

Compressed air supply not OK.

Check compressed air supply.

Filter cartridges not inserted correctly.

Check filter cartridges for correct placement and insert correctly if necessary. Replacing filter cartridges

Rotary nozzles tilted or damaged.

Check the top and bottom end caps of both rotary nozzles and contact customer service if necessary.

Service LED illuminates continuously and an acoustic signal sounds.

Filter cartridges or filter membranes are defective/saturated.

Set the <On/Off> switch to <Off> to clean the filter membrane.

The filter membranes are cleaned twice.

Change filter cartridges. Replacing filter cartridges

The power LED illuminates after initialization but the motors fail to start.

Control board defective.

Check and replace the control board if necessary, or contact customer service.

Power relay defective

Check and replace the power relay if necessary, or contact customer service.
