Replacing the pre-filter
The filter pad is the most important element. When replaced regularly, the service life of the pre-filter is prolonged. Cleaning the filter pad with compressed air or a hammer is not permitted. The filter pad must be replaced.
- Set the <I/0> switch to <0>.
- Pull out the mains plug.
- Unlock and open the service door using a square wrench.
- Remove the pre-filter.

- Remove the spring clamp and filter pad from the filter grill.

- Dispose of the filter pad in accordance with local laws and directives.
- Insert a new filter pad into the filter grill.

- Insert the spring clamp.
- Insert the pre-filter in the housing.

- Close the service door and lock it using a square wrench.
