Controlling the volume flow

A lever on the extraction hood can be used to manually control the volume flow. When the lever is vertical, the valve is open and the extracted fumes flow unimpeded. If the lever is horizontal, the valve is closed and thus limits the volume flow of the extracted fumes.
Use the lever to set the volume flow rate.
