Mounting the extraction arm
NOTE

Property damage caused by excess rotation of the extraction arm
The extraction arm may become damaged if it is rotated past its limit stop.
- Do not rotate the extraction arm past the limit stop (max. 350°).

- Push the sleeve over the connecting piece and unfold outward.

- Place the clamp over the sleeve.
- Mount the extraction arm rod on the mounting tube using two M8 hexagon bolts, washers and hexagon nuts.

- Connect the electric cables from the extraction arm rod and the device (plug-in connection). Connect the corresponding conductor colors. The black cables are labeled with the numbers 1 and 2. Connect the conductors with the number 1 and the conductors with the number 2.
- Pull the extraction hose over the handle in the direction shown.

- Fold the sleeve on the device over the extraction hose and fix with the clamp.
- Place the connecting tube in position, pull the sleeve over the connecting tube until it covers the mounting ring. The sleeve must be resting on the plastic tube so that it subsequently creates a seal with the mounting ring.

- Fold the sleeve down halfway, so that the mounting ring is protruding at the top.

- Feed the extraction hood's electric cable through the connecting tube from the bottom.

- Insert the extraction hood into the connecting tube and rotate it once to secure it in place.

- Place the clamp over the mounting ring and attach it loosely.
- Slide the connector over the profile tube until the screw holes are aligned and then secure the connector to the profile tube using the screw. The electric cable must be protruding out of the mounting ring.

- Connect the electric cable on the profile tube with the electric cable of the extraction hood. Connect the corresponding conductor colors. The black cables are labeled with the numbers 1 and 2. Connect the conductors with the number 1 and the conductors with the number 2.

- Use a cable tie to secure the connected cables on the profile tube.
- Trim any protruding ends of the cable tie.
- Pull the extraction hose over the profile tube until it is over the mounting ring.

- Place the loosely attached clamp over the extraction hose and use the screwdriver to secure it in place.
- Fold the bottom edge of the sleeve over so that the clamp is covered.
