Responsibilities of the operator

The operating company is obliged to supplement these operating instructions by company- and country-specific operating procedures. These supplements must take particular account of the national regulations concerning accident prevention, occupational health and safety, environmental protection as well as in-company organizational regulations.

These include, among other things:

The operating instructions provide all the safety- and user-related information necessary for the intended and foreseeable use of the device. The operating company must supplement this information by company-internal instructions and measures to ensure complete employee protection.

Only use suitably trained or instructed people for all the tasks listed in the operating instructions and specify responsibilities for these tasks.

Only use people who are familiar with the basic regulations on occupational safety and accident prevention.

Only use people who are able to assess the work assigned to them and recognize possible risks thanks to their special training, experience and knowledge.

In some countries, recirculation of the air to the workplace environment is prohibited; it must be channelized to the outside.

Note the country-specific workplace regulations when installing and operating the device.
