Manual Mode

The device is operated in manual mode (deactivated automatic start/stop mechanism) as follows:

  1. To deactivate the automatic start/stop mechanism, set the <Auto/Manual> switch to <Manual>.
  3. Set the <On/Off> switch to <On>.

    4. The filters are cleaned once. Continuous extraction is started.

Start a cleaning cycle

Clean the filters regularly to maintain continuous extraction. The cleaning interval depends on the welding process. We recommend starting a cleaning cycle every 2 hours but no later than when the service LED illuminates. The service life of the filters can be lengthened if they are cleaned before the service LED illuminates.

  1. Briefly set the <On/Off> switch to <Off>.
  3. Set the <On/Off> switch to <On>.

    4. The filters are cleaned once. Continuous extraction is started.
