The robot mount iCAT fot the latest generation of welding robots. Central service cables run through the 6th axis and offer a high level of safety & flexibility for air- and liquid-cooled torches.

The secret:

Crash-deflection up to 10° – optimum reproducibility & reset accuracy and thus high equipment up-time
Integrated crash protection as additional safety to the collision software of the robot control system – guarantees the ”immediate stop” of the robot in the event of a ”crash”
Cable assembly extremely torsion resistant – maximum lifetime
Torch, air- and liquid-cooled, rotatable through 480° (± 240°) in the 6th axis – high flexibility and thus optimum component accessibility
Direct connection for safe and continous current supply – steady welding process
