The anti spatter injector and applicator from ABICOR BINZEL is used in the automated cleaning process for dosed spraying and blowing-out of the interior of the gas nozzle through the cable assembly.

A 2/2 port valve is triggered by an output signal of the robotic control unit. Compressed air flows through the injection lubricator and activates a pneumatic dosing pump which mixes an adjustable amount of anti - spatter protection agent into the air stream.
