With the latest coolant from ABICOR BINZEL, the use of liquid cooled welding torches is no longer a problem at temperatures far below freezing.

When other coolants fail, and are partially or totally crystallized, BTC-50 still continues to work - down to an incredible –50° C.


The new coolant from ABICOR BINZEL:

  • for all welding and cutting equipment
  • frost-resistant down to –50° C
  • offers outstanding protection against electro corrosion with a very low conductivity (< 4μ Siemens)
  • non-flammable
  • non-hazardous - no storage or transport restrictions

The new coolant BTC-50 protects liquid welding or cutting torches from frozen cooling channels, by preventing electrolytic corrosion of the metal surface within these channels due to its low conductivity of < 4 μS.

To ensure complete cooling efficiency, a regular check-up of the coolant condition is recommended.

Before refilling the coolant system with BTC-50, care must be taken that the system is thoroughly rinsed with clean water to remove existing residue.
